Just sealing things up is more complex. More seals to 'blow out', more shafts to leak... etc.
Plus adding a turbo negates a lot of the benefit of quad throttle bodies. Having both makes it a more expensive setup.. not optimal bang for buck.

I'd say no - seems like a (relatively) primitive efi setup, and the throttle bodies weren't designed to run boost so might not seal well.
At the end of the day the amount of air/fuel ingested predominantly determines the power, and on that basis, most turbo setups are all pretty good at that. I'd probably make the argument that the plenum above the throttle bodies probably isn't ideal in shape, it might not offer ideal air-distribution to each cylider. It won't be atrocious but it certainly isn't perfect, and on that basis it's hard to justify the money they are asking. If it was going for about 400 I reckon it might be worth a gamble to try it. I have the suspiscion (based on the way the ad is worded, that they had trouble getting it to run, to the point they gave up on the whole project, now they are pretending to sell it for a friend, that way they don't have to answer any technical questions, or offer a refund - it's bought as is, 'good luck' as they say at the end of the ad. I might be wrong, but that is certainly my suspicion, so no way known would I risk that sort of dough on a maybe. A few hundred bucks, well at least you'd get a turbo and intercooler (and exhaust manifold) that you might still use, even if you don't use the intake throttle bodies etc.

Also a quad setup with turbo is probably the most dificult to get a good tune and the Microtech supplied with it would be a compromise at best.
Value?? Secondhand turbo-$200 Microtech -$100 T bodies -$150 Manifold -$200 Intercooler -$0 And thats if its all in good condition. Looking at the pics id be very nervous. Some carb cleaner, paint and a non sandy backdrop for a photo might have helped his chances. The load side of the ign. and fuel tables has to be a blend of TPS and MAP. This ECU does NOT have the capability. Therefore this setup is not a package. A better ecu would be needed.
