They haven't been drilled and you will need to do so with a very sharp (or new )drill bit. Very useful to measure piston dish and combustion chambers and they're of the right size to suit all A-Series gear.

I am amazed that no one has taken you up on this great offer.
Anybody building their own motors should have this piece of equipment.
I use mine on all the engines i build(no guesswork with my compression ratios)
I use a burret to measure acuatly.

The syringe was what I first used, in conjunction with two smaller units to gain accuracy. I've recently bought a nice tall burette so things are much more accurate now.

A Burette has a tap on the end so you can slow the stream down to a drop by drop for accuracy.Plus i have a stand for the burette.. the pippete you have to hold your finger over the end to regulate flow.
