In MS Windows...
1. Open the site you want (with the picture) in your browser of choice. 2. Press ALT + PRT SC keys to copy open window. 3. Open MS Paint (or an other photo editing program.) 4. Press CTL + V keys to paste the open window you just copied into Paint. 5. Use the editing tools in Paint to crop the stuff you don't want. 6. Save the picture as a JPG and you're done.
