I am having to redo the rear drum brakes on my "new" coup. I am having difficulty finding wheel cylinders. Both Napa and CarQuest do not
have any available. Does anyone have a source? OR What is an easy bolt on rear brake motifications; What model will fit the rear axle? Thanks, Ed

wheel cylinders from later b210
should fit the 1200. They have a larger bore, which will increase braking power. Bob

Thanks for the hint. I will check with my local supplier.
I found a place online that appears to have some stock and reasonable prices. Also some suspension parts that might be helpful. http://www.benzspring.com/

Try a PL510 (1600) wheel cylinder. They are a little bigger, but bolt right on.

I used those bigger cylinders in my sedan. They bolt straight in. BUT!!! They do have more braking power and tend to lock-up before the stock front brakes in panic or hard
braking on the street. This is the same as pulling the e-brake and spinning in circles. you may wish to look at a brake bias valve also. You can view topic.
