In USA at least, any dealership can order the parts from Nissan Motorsports.
And if they won't, you can fax or phone Nissan Motorsports directly to buy them, it says in the catalog...

awesome, thats a great upgrade if your doing some track work.
do they sell the mounting hardware also?

It is a "kit" so i would guess it comes with the mounting hardware. The catalog doesn't show a picture or any details.
