I went away in May to the north island for an old school car meet up. (aka a massive piss trip)
Today I learned that pics from it are in new zealand performance car magazine.
And the article included a pic of my car during the gymkhana. So I had to brave the razorwire in my pockets and buy a copy.

it's mounted on top of a supercharger.
It would be legal if I went and saw a cert engineer (our local guy is really good to deal with) and got him to certify my car for the supercharger. (Prolly cost about $300)
It's not too high, and the air cleaner would fold like a house of cards if a jaywalker, I mean pedestrian was to hit it. My car has a cert plate for some of the mods, just not the blower.(or the brakes) I can have the blower off in like 30 mins for when I need to pass my 6 monthly roadworthy inspections. (And a spare bonnet with no hole, painted when the rest of the car was)

That Vg val has a forged 318 turbo in it too. (he consumed $745 gas over the weekend)

Cool. I used to have a VF regal 4dr with a 225 slant. Horrible, horrible engine. I miss the car though. I tracked down the latest owner who has good intentions for it but short on money and time.
