#1 1400 intake manifold
fredeuce Posted on: 2011/8/18 3:39
I have a standard 1400 intake manifold and note that the two front runners (Cyls.1&2 ) have a "v" shaped groove in the bottom of the runner. They extend from the flange where it mates with the head back into the area where those two runners join.

Anybody able to explain why they are there and what the purpose is?
