Hi everyone booked e-go couriers for a job on the 27th jan and to this day are still waiting,i dont think i will use them again.Endless phone calls to know avail.Who has had problems with them before.Well mow i am pissed off they have sent it to melbourne.

Never had that problem with them before. Ever but 27 jan???? Depot to depot? Did you pay insurance on item?

One time I sent something to my sister in London, USA. It took months to get there and had London, England stamps on it when it arrived.
Mistakes happens, but there is no excuse for not being helpful when they do happen. They should have tracked it down for you.

haven't had a problem with e-go yet..
Sent stuff to WA, QLD, NSW, SA. Depot to Depot, Door to Door, sending and receiving. I guess it is all down to the quality of contractor at each end, that is where the highest chance is for a F-up.

i havnt had a problem but they refuse to give out a customer care phone number which gives me the #OOPS#s
