I got my carb all cleaned and put back together. I need to set the float properly. It's filling the bowl to much. Would this also cause the secondary throat to fill up with petrol even though the butterfly's are not open? I don't quite understand these particular carbs. Previous owner put an electric choke carb on it, looks like a A14 or A15 unit, does not have the electric solenoid for the fuel shut off tho. All help is appreciated!

Here is a link to the build thread on my A12 powered welder,
http://weldingweb.com/showthread.php?t=58549 I used a 1930's B17 200 AMP/28volt Generator for the welding unit. They used to be sold by surplus stores here for building welders after WW2

running with my new $10 muffler
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4U1_s ... 1T0g&index=1&feature=plcp she coughed because I still had a little bit of water in the fuel tank from when I did more welding on it. (Put a third mount as it was vibrating too much with just two mounts, so drained it and filled her plum full of water so I could weld her safley. Only drawback was not being able to get all of the water out. Runs like a top now. You can view topic.
