Lca- which to use for bit more track
Posted on: 2012/4/2 4:33
Well I have unknown lcas with my car, but they are either stanza or sunny for the stanza/200 b combos I have used.
Are there any other lcas I can use from factory that use the stanza ball joints? Only things in front end that haven't been replaced are draglink, idler arm and lca bushes over the years. I'm about to do all 3 hoping to permanently eliminate a stupid wobble I have always had (not as bad since upgrading tie rods and ball joints) than it used to be. Car pulls left slightly too so thought if I could source lcas all in the one hit

If you increase the offset by 20mm won't you need adjustable caster rods? Or is there enough adjustment in the originals?
Cheers.

why do you want more track? tyres will start hitting wheel wells and front of guards too?
you have adjustable tops yeah? get 1 degree ned and as much castor as possible? had a re-drilled x-member about 8 years ago, was drilled 10mm out and used 120y castors no prob
