Well im really pissed off, some little rat bags have just been caught scratching me ute what are these 10yrs doing with there life and how are they going to turn out when they hit 15.It also makes me think what are their parents like,no #OOPS#en respect.

Yep can't touch anyone anymore. Cops tell their parents? Sister told me a story where she saw a man with a camera yelling at some kids and they were saying don't take photos of us you dirty old man. Kids forgot that on the same camera they video tapped them selves super gluing his wipers diwn, tagging his car and bad stuff like that to hus and his neighbors houses and cars.

Cops couldn't do much, kids were 10 and 12!!!!!

sh1t breeds sh1t im afraid, and dealing with the parents will more than likely be like dealing with a brick wall.
the fact their 10year old kids are running damaging property, stealin and fcukin is just proof of that.
sometimes i wish they would drop a biiiiiiig cluster bomb on the mission here.
