Early or late a12?

Just wondering which a12 this is, the distributor is behind the engine mount, alternator is on the left.

yes it will u just have to use the right engine mounts

Use engine mounts for early a12 on early 1200 crossmember.

You can bolt new A12 into old 1200 or old A12 into newer vehicle with slight fabrication. See A-series Engine Swaps.

Dead set man go late, there is more bits around. I blew my early a12 up and starting building a late model a12 started with block and everything was different. I would highly recommend starting with a long motor!!
