No more engine swaps in NSW RTA crack down

Just got off the phone to the engineer that was supposed to be doing my car with a CA and now it's a no go swap,basically after July there was a new rule that came out on modified cars, I did not understand him well but it's a no go for any swaps from what I've been told, this has to be wrong because they carnt keep choppin n changing rules every 6 months
Hopefully hes wrong cause lots of money is down the drain..

sounds like crap, 25gtv is a member here and he's an engineer down in sydney and said they haven't changed the rules in ages they've just been more strict on who they give out engineering licenses to
