WTB: Shift lever for 60A or 63A 5 Speed

I need to replace a shift lever for a 60A (or 63A) 5 Speed that got lost in storage. I've got the tranny rebuilt but can't find the darn lever. (And who knows ... someone might have one stashed in their garage, over by the hen's teeth.)

Clarification: I need something that will work in a 60A 5-speed. I've just been told a 56 series or 63 series will work. I'm not concerned about the curve of the lever since that will end up being modified.
