if you're running a series, nothing wrong with a spare box providing its manual, the autos arent worth much...
Pretty sure ive heard ppl shortening the diffs to use in a 1200, i think theyre h140's? but i could be wrong... sway bar is a thicker upgrade from the normal 1200 one, (17mm-20mm) i believe...

Diff doesnt need shortening for a 1200. Lower Control arms castor rods, steering arms,Struts, Sway bar, engine, gearbox (if manual as said),Probably more but thats a good start.

whole front end and driveline is useful to have a as spares as most of it is a better upgrade from standard 1200 gear
