Well 3 of my local exhaust shops won't touch it. Just need to bend 2 45 deg bends into my rear arms to mount them flat to parcel shelf.

They say alloy nah that will crack etc. can't be heated just needs to become draw bent.

Any one know where or who in city or northern suburbs?

Try McDonald Bros racing in Thomastown. They all that kind of stuff in house I believe.

or get the hack saw with $3 each swedish brand of fanta orange blades from alltools the one with the blue writing for solid 3 inch bar and head down to PAP wreckers to cut up some bullbars. Those blades cut steek like butter.

I personally wouldn't try bend alloy either
This is just for wank value or do you expect to do motorsport with it ?
Cause alloy cages were ruled out years ago unless its grandfathered into your current log book

As mentioned... a bullbar manufacturer or engineering shop that specialises in stair railings might be able to help
