Any got any ideas on why it's over Fuelling.... Can't get any revs out of it and it is blowing fuel out the exhaust... Carby I about 6 months old and max of about 2000kms. I haven't pulled it apart yet but thinking Maybe needle and seat jammed open?

Is there something stuck between the needle and seat, or is the float out of adjustment?
Another possibility is that your fuel pressure is too high and is forcing fuel into the carb.

Very common problem after moving or shipping. The float is sensitive and dropping it will knock it out of adjustment.

And as Tom said, the fuel pressure might be too high. If you are using a new electric fuel pump, I'd suspect that. Carburetors want 3 psi, Weber or Hitachi the same.

You can test this by looking through the sight glass on the carburetor. When running if it's not in the center you will need to set the float level.
