Shortning throttle cable

Hey guys I need to shorten my throttle cable about 20mm to suit my new setup. Anyone got a fool proof way of soldering them or know of someone in Melbourne that can do it?

Speed screen in Flemington did one for me but wurzel did the one IM using now. No issues yet.
