Front end ?

Hi guys can anyone tell me with the adjustable front end(lca's,caster bars etc etc)can these be adjusted when everything is bolted in or does it have to be done before everything is put together,bolted in.

Can be adjusted in car but usually needs to be off ground. Lca depends on design but may need to be unbolted from lca.
