Auto paint matching

Hi guys when the time comes im getting my cousin to paint my ute,he is a qualified spray painter and panel beater with 16yrs experience.Now my ? is i like a colour that auto air has but they are waterborne and he said that the waterbourne arent very good,he wants to use the brand that he uses every day(Sikkens).Can u get an exact match between two different brands?

If he's good at colour matching then yes he should be able to get it spot on

U can get an exact match between any different brands if the color is the same.
