Hi Im sick620, I am picking up a datsun b310 wagon. Going to sacramento California from washington at the end of the month to pick it up... I figured there will soon be alot of questions that I will have about the little wagon so I registered here... :) Does it look like a good start? Ill also include a pic of my 620 project..... :)

I found it was really worth while to put good sound insulation under the back carpet.

Also make sure any exhaust that you fit clears the rear bumper and is not to noisy as you will get drumming in the cab very easy which makes them a pain on long trips.

Other than that always a fun car to drive and look pretty awesome at 4 inch ride height

As for the Wagon, get an A15 & 5 speed into it if it hasn't got either already, tune her up & then just drive it. I've got one here in Australia with an A15 stock & fitting the 5 speed gave me another 2 days driving to & from work, 6 days to 8 days running. I notice yours doesn't have a rear wiper, which is a pain as it really needs it.Somebody on Ebay here in Australia is selling a complete rear hatch for one of these, maybe somebody in America will do the same. OR you can easily swap larger engines like L20B's or KA24DE's or even SR20's for the ultimate Mom mobile. Just getting some 80's style 13's or 14's with good tyres would be my first move, mine rides on 13 inch Hotwire mags with 175/70x13 tyres, much better than the standard rim.

Looks like a great start. If you need someone to help drive down to pick it up, let me know.
