i also just got a 1980 ute recently and somehow im very content with the 69hp a12 in it lol very economical and love its revs stock.

Nice stretch, what size rims and tyres? Don't take corners too quick, lol.

Hey guys thanks for the Replies & the Welcomes looking forward to meeting some Datto drivers to cruise with...

Im thinking something on the lines of an A15 just the A12 doesn't really cut it for me Ive been in an A15 & was like "Holy Sheeet".
The rims are 14x7 with 155/65R tires... Mad stretch Handles like a Go kart..
I had a good friend make the Pipes for me but there only 2 inch when i get the A15 ill be putting on 2.5 inch.. I have a lot of plans for the 1200 but will have to wait until i get more $$$ so i can surprise you guys.. but the next thing i am doing is Lowering it 4 inch i need to roll the front guards out abit will look phat!! one more photo to see the rims & the Pipes on... ill update soon keep checking on my thread cheers..

How did you go fitting the 14x7? I wanna put 14x7/8 (Not sure yet) Not sure if I'll need to get guards rolled or not?
