does anyone know of any engineering signatories in sydney whe will do an engineering certificate for a ca18-det in a 1200 ute??

and also, is anyone in here clear of the rta rules for this? i know the weight of the ute is 680kg and by the calculation they do the max capacity turbo engine i can register is 1700...

so what i'd like to know is how have so many guys put ca's in their ute's and registered them, while all the engineers i called turn me away...???
