#1 Weber tuning?
darrenwilson Posted on: 2013/8/25 3:06
I have a Weber 32/36 On a standard a15 but i would like to kno of all the jets to put in it, idle air correction main etc and have it running nicely with best throttle response. Thanks!

145\155 main jets
160\165 air correctors (if you have bigger try those first)
3.5\4.5 venturis
45 accel pump jet
f50 emulsion tubes
45 or 50 idle jets

for the mains you could try smaller say 135\145 but there's a high chance that's too lean

Yes, that'll work OK. So will this:

Main jets: 140/140
Emulsion tubes: F50/F50
Air correction jets: 170/160
Idle jets: 60/50
Jump jet: 50
Needle valve: 2.00

Mines are i assume
140 150 Main
185 190 Air correction
50 55 idle should i leave ilde as is?

Unknown. How does it run with those tuning parts? If it is perfect, don't change them.

Not performing perfect atm.I guess am running to lean o air correction? Using next size smaller may tip in the circuit sooner holding out on the trasitional overlap

Why mess around? Use the tried and true jetting for A15 engine.

Stick with the factory settings. If your lean and you want to tweak it, go richer on the primary side then on the second side. I've never had good results going richer on the secondary side.

I was working on a mate's hilux with 32/36 and the primary jet was bigger, never knew why we found it like that
