Any idea what Speedometer cable i can get to fit my 60 series 4speed? Will the original 1200 one work?

Datsun 1200 Speedometer Cable came in various lengths from 1400 to 1700mm
For 60-series (4-speed or 5-speed), the speedo driven gear is slightly further back on the transmission. Some stock 1200 cables will work, but not all. ![Open in new window](javascript:CaricaFoto("http://datsun1200.com/uploads/photos/1674.jpg");) If you need a longer cable, the 120Y cable is 1700mm and so will work. Most aftermarket 1200 cables are also the long size.
