The tachometer and cluster gauges appear to be stock Datsun Roadster, specifically the SP311 1600. But that speedometer does not appear to be stock.

Yep, buy them at a wrecking yard. I've seen several in the last two years. Or try posting a "wanted" at http://www.311s.org.
