Golf inserts driving me insane. Please Help

I'm totally confused on deciding which vw golf, rabbit, jetta inserts to get so many part numbers etc.. All i want is to drop the front end about 1 inch. I've built coil overs using the 1200 disc brake struts and S13 upgrade. Anyone give me a clear answer or exact part number to order/look for ?. Thanks in advance.
