I was looking for a nice fast datsun while i keep on with my life long project at home.no[1]1200 coupe ca18det very nice white 400hp [claim]neat but a little exp 110k approx 9k usa [2]1200 coupe sr20det about 80k --this all on gumtree rsa. I then went to another site [junkmail] and there's this rotary 1200 4dr looks neat just could do with bumpers and car is a bit far about [1700k]but i still phone to see if i can work it out,turns out this chap does datsun 1200's -- 4age, rotary etc.He then sends me photo's of the cars and tells me to check out a ute on youtube that he has done .lamborghini gallardo spyder vs nissan 1400 bakkie -- ijust had to smile -- these chaps are wild-- slow traffic on left and a drag on the right and the traffic lights get you on your way.I've got the photo's of the other cars on phone just messed up the download --think i forgot to save and it went to outlook s/where

is there anyone that can download photo's on this site that also has whatsup --maybe send your nr and load them

1700k for a 1200? That's a lot of dough. Surely you could find something for 5k.

Ok i'm a bit crappy with this photo thing but managed [with help] to get the photo's into the photo album [luck] the car i was looking at is green 4dr rotary turbo --the next is 2dr coupe show car sr20 and next silver/gunmetal project. enjoy 2014 photo album pg 1,2,3

dd a reasonable datsun1200 goes R15000.-R25000.00 very good original R35000.00--R55000,00 and the rest anything to R120000,00 which is what he wants for the coupe i think --divide that by 12 for USA and oz and you got your price more or less --i stand to be corrected on his price

D well there is one on gumtree RSA--- just a tip always use RSA and not the provinces to see all-- go gumtree south africa then by cars type in ''race cars''. First you'll see the neat 1200 coupe ca18det for R110thou then pg2or3 the perana in the gunston 500 colours they raced in but if you read the specs it's not so good.This car is also sold in the township so for me it's a no-no.If you type in datsun the same white 1200 will come up and a few neat 1600's like the red one,chap wants 42thou for it and claims it's from karoo area which is dry so no rust and he says he has given it a blow-over-- suppose sun got to it --well thats more or less it.Another site junkmail cars which is where i saw the green rotary turbo 1200 and the other photo's the chap sent me-- now on the datsun 1200 club photo album --forgot heading though. would really like this rt1200 but it's so far- if i was sure it was 100% i would collect it

D i see you really been through the works. beach buggies don't sell [was a phase]now everybody wants 4x4 even the woman cos they reckon they are higher and can ride over you --- believe me you get lots here,but i got a remedy for that especially in morning rush--i drive my truck[freightliner]forward dont look left or right --''lets see who wants to push in now with his 4x4 cos they like forcing their way in-- like my dad always said if you late it's your own fault,get up earlier.ANYWAY back to the others 120y and 140y dont really sell here.The 2 coupes are great but the ca a bit expensive. The black Escort was a good find-- i have'nt seen it looks great but PRICE.The race escort is ok but i've seen it on track and not really hot.Like you said some good buys you just gotta keep your eyes open.I'm still tryin' for the 4dr rotary turbo -- IF i do get it i dont know what is more expensive car carriers/train or driving it down.car carrier=R5700.00 /train=R3000,00 /1700km with a rotary = OH sh.......
