Hi Guys
i Removed one side of the Leaf Spring to see whether i have fixed the front to rear side , i don't see any mistake like that 3 point suckle to the front and 2 pin suckle to the rear as of this picture, The reaason was when i jack position (Green) to attach Leaf Spring to U Bolts, rear Spring Suckle is moving Upward(to side of Red Arrow), Any body know what is the reason ? How to Correct that issue ? Do i need to Remove my differential to correct this thanks regards sumith Attach file: Leaf spring Setup.jpg (26.91 KB)![]()

I assume you must have put the leaf spring in backwards. The large spring eye goes to the front.

then you must not have located the diff on the spring properly. The pin/bolt through the leaf spring goes into the middle of the diff's mounting plate.
or it's possible you've reversed the front spring hangers but I doubt they'd be offset enough to move the wheel that far back.

Can you remove the wheel, then take photos of the spring & spring mounts?

It looks as if the locating bolt that the spring perch sits on might be too small or not there. This is the bolt that holds the spring pack together, & the diff housing should sit on top of it. If you don't get it on, the diff will slid backwards & forwards with each application of brake or accelorator.

B210 leaf spring is 1165 mm long.
6-leaf spring pack is from a commercial vehicle or older car. Sedan should only have 4 leafs. Does the other side match it? You can view topic.
