Wrecking yard -- 1980s Nissan such as D21, S12 or Bluebird. I would get the 23 tooth version, unless you are using tyres as large as the S13 uses.

using S13 gearbox, thanks for that, running 14" wheels at the moment, near future 16"

The gear is only $20, so you can change it later to adjust the speedometer readout.
