short answer: NO
long answer: there is not enough material in the block to bore an A12 out to an A15. most of the difference in displacement comes from a larger bore in the A15, not just the longer stroke.

The most CC's i have seen an A12 taken out to, was 1390 something CC's using an A14 crank. Apparantly there was a bit of modifying envolved to make the crank / rods fit propably.
Just as easy to get your hands on an A14 - A15 block. Cheers You can view topic.
