I have a set of brand new Yella Terra roller rockers brought back in 1994.

for a street car - not much
for a race car - every last 1% makes a difference reduces friction in the rocker gear - minimal benefit allows for higher lift ratios of the valves - significant benefit with the associated stuff to match stronger rocker gear - potential benefit for high revs - can help with valve bounce/float with associated gear. the biggest benefit of these is the bragging rights!
