You can buy them from Nissan, they come with a new mirror. They are a kind of flexible plastic
Or you can chalk it out on an old tyre tube and cut it out with sharp scissors. The mirror gasket protects the paint of the door and possibly keeps water off the screws

It is not sold separately by Nissan, it comes with a new mirror
