i have a rear gearbox leak, i fixed the seal but it is still leaking which leads me to belevie that that is the drive shaft. should i use a speedy sleve? i got told that they dont work

Sleve only good if surface is deeply cut or worn. Best check slack in tailshaft bushing, if it checks out check ujionts for binding and shaft alinement. Also check the vent at top of box, if pluged will cause leaks. If it has narrow grouve in yoke,drive seal in to a differnt spot

sorry i meant the the vent on the gearbox stops it from blowing oil thorugh the seal, i got it off any way, i am getting the yok metal sprayed and the tail shaft machined

it just pulls out well mine snapped of but they just pull out but they are quite tight
