guys the next round of the marque club championship is at calder on saturday. It's a day night event so racing will start around 3-4 p.m.

wish I was down that way. It would be great to get a bunch of cars together at some event during the year - there's a number of guys on here with an interest in racing with various types of cars, from entry level cars like mine (I don't even have a cage!) up to some very cool sport sedans.

What would you guys reckon about getting together at an event later in the year like the Bathurst Speed weekend, or Aussie Hillclimb championship (but I think that's in Adelaide this year which might be just a little too far for me...), or maybe a round of the NSW Hillclimb champs (I think they have a series over a number of courses throughout the state?). Or some other big event that might be worth the trip for all involved? what do you guys think?

sounds like a good idea, will have to look into it....

i think it may be a touch difficult to accomadate everyone but hey i'll drive anywhere to race (within reason)
