Will a CA18DET AUTO transmission fit in a 1200 Coupe Auto transmission tunnel??

I've only seen a CA18 auto gearbox out of the car. My memory comparing the size of the tunnel and size of the gearbox is "no".

I could be wrong, sorry I'm not much help, but at least you know people who might know, are reading this thread. I think an Automatic boxed CA18 in a 1200 would be super cool. I was thinking (dreamin') of making a 1200 limosine with a CA18-auto. Make up a front bench seat and hook up a 3 on the tree auto, this would be a "summernats only" vehicle, possibly with a very big sunroof...For the topless girlies to hang out. You all can now share my dream.
