I'm from Christchurch, New Zealand and have just joined. At the moment I'm looking for a Datto 1200 coupe. Does anyone know of any in New Zealand for sale?

Welcome Frodaddy. Geez, this club just gets bigger and bigger. I think back to the days when I was looking for my first car and imagine if I had bought an Escort or something. Im sure there is plenty of support for them but this club is just great.

I'm in Fendalton in Christchurch and don't have too much knowledge about 1200 Datsuns as it will hopefully be my first car. My Dad has a spare A14 5 Speed that he had in an old Vauxhall Viva, that he used to have it in, sittin around so I might be able to make use of it. Although I don't mind the 1200 engines.

Frodaddy...welcome good to have you. Dont underestimate these cars. They are fantastic and after wasting alot of time and money on other things like Holden V8's and a variety of other cars, I reckon 1200's rule above all.
