my car has 15 inch wheels and i wanna lower it so they fill the guards more, and make it look better but i need to know whether if lowering will make the tyrs hit on the struts its got stanza struts if this helps.

No they should never hit the struts when lowering, as long as they weren't hitting before as where the wheel bolts onto (hub) and balll joint and strut up until teh lower spring perch (The bit where the springs sits in) are all one piece and shouldn't ever change it's length when you lower your ute the spring and the strut top (the bit that has the 3 bolts you see on top of your strut towers they both just drop down lower and compress your insert more. Only thing with lowering is turning going over bumps as your guards can hit the wheel like mine do (thats until I get my flares soon).
With the back just drop it really low, on it's guts even as utes look so good with the arse end low, and there it no clearence issues in teh back as the wheels don't turn like the front one's do, as in stearing. You know what I mean.

yeah matei get u but lowering is gonna make my alreadt rock solid suspnsion even harder right? and its gonne put alot more stress on my strut towers? if i lower it it will need a strut tower brace for sure huh?

Yeah kegs, that sounds about right.

On a smooth road the ride will be about the same, but on rougher roads the front will bottom out sooner and so feel more harsh. If you cut the coils to lower it the spring rate will effectively be higher, again making a harder ride.

A lowered back should have no difference in ride quality except when it bottoms out.

You don't necessarily need a strut tower brace, but that is always useful for more cornering stability. I haven't heard of anyone bending their strut towers on rough roads, but I guess it could happen.

thanks dd im only thinking one maybe two inches do u think this will have much effect on suspension or cause any problems? i only wanna lower it slightly try and tseer clear of clearance problems etc
