Hand Brake

Just wondering if anyone has done a commodore borg warner diff to datsun 1200 ute conversion, while running the original leaf springs. If so i need your help. My question is, how do i mount and route the hand brake cable? Do i need an equalizer bar to adapt the cables to the existing hand brake lever or do i change the lever to suit the commodore hand brake cables. Any help would be appreciated
p.s im running the standard commodore disk brakes

that is a good question as i also have a commodore borg warner diff sitting around.
