My brother sent me these links to these sites where poeple have made kits for the 240z that turn them into 1962 GTO. looks bloody nice.

wonder if any ferarri owners that dreamed of having a 240z ever made themself a conversion kit hehehe

i dont think i could do it to my 240 but a 260 or 280 might be the go.

I had a friend here actually do the conversion. Looked awesome, even up close. He didn't make it a convertible, though. And he had a buolt Rebello L28, triple Mikunis, the whole bit. Probably would've outrun the real thing.

He used his 240Z that he bought new in '71. It had 260,000 miles when he did the conversion.

Personally I think it would only be ok if the z was rusty and/or dinged. it does look bloody nice!
