Just caught up with an old mate of mine who is a panel beater and hes offered to do my body work for me for an old torana i have out the back, only problem i have now is deciding what colour to paint it. I was thinking of that light siver on the new Ford utes as im in adelaide theres not many datto 1200 to go by and photos are decieving. Any ideas peoples? Cheers

You know the metallic blue on the current XR8's. Now that is a nice colour....sort of similar to Nismo Blue, but a little more different I think.

When choosing a colour, I'd think of what wheels have been chosen for the car. You want a colour that is going to really make your wheels stand out. Something like the Nismo-Blue would be perfect if you had highly polished or chrome rims.

I think this grey colour is very nice but mabys its a little dark, the light silver sounds good too.

I reckon the gunmetal grey from an r32 skyline or VN SS would look wild on a 1200, especially with white mags, or a dark metallic red, or the new commodore hot house green.
