I'm pretty sure there are some small differences, but why bother, just find a good motor trimmer, I did and bought my front carpet for AUS$88 brand new.

I don't know, but I'll venture a guess: The front half will fit, but not perfect:
- the front compartment is very similar in size - the B210 has a larger tunnel, does it not?
