yeah until I tuned my car the other week I was running like 30 degrees advanced timing on my poor baby, she was pinging her brains out. It's alright now but I could have just run methanol to sove the problem quicker

verry nice b210's. i have a 78 b2109same as 120y. i had a chance to race one live that coupe w few weeks back. nice race, but it wasnt even close, as soon as i nailed 2nd gear he was in my dust. he also probly had a stock engine though so it was unfair. another time the same night i got my car i raced one that needed a "tune up" the guy said. so did mine. most pitiful and hilarious race. two old, loud, missfiring cars going down the road. i barley won that one.

Hello, thats a nice car too (N10). You can find some Dutch N10 Cherry pictures here: www.nipponclassiccars.org Its a club here in Holland with mostly Datsuns. Nice tot see there are a lot of Datsun projects in Australia.
My most favorite Datsun is the 120Y and the 240K-GT (1973-1977) There only 2 or 3 of the K-GT's left in Holland. But 1200 are nice too! You can find them at the same internetpage as i discribed above. (click: foto's) My dad owns a lightbleu in the past. The 1200 coupe's and e10 Cherry's (1970-1977) where succesful at the Zandvoort racetrack (near Amsterdam) in the seventies

Welcome Sunny76 - nice shot of a 120Y coupe. Still see a few of these bombing around in Australia - the preferred Datto for styling here is the mighty N10 Pulsar (or Cherry to you). Honest!!
