Yes they do fit a 120y, i have them in my y, standard platforms with lowered springs and adjustable Koni's. The 15 by 7 minilites clear the struts ok but the guards are flared. i also have 1600 control arms, tie rods and drag link. Hope this helps

they have diffrent diammeter springs in a 240, so people that put em in 1200s and 120ys cut the spring cup off and weld on a smaller one, usually they thread the strut at the same time to give adjustable height aswell, but unless it has the diffrent spring cup size it wont work for your 120y, and im not sure about the tops, they would also need to be modified 120y ones i guess

My mates got 240k struts in his 120 so yes they fit

Will fit my 120y? THis is what they are and what they come with: Set of 2 genuine Nissan/ Datsun 240 K front struts, complete with heavy duty KYB oil dampers with shortened rod to trap lowered springs. (see photo of orange KYB damper next to a stock damper to compare difference). Dampers never used.
