They are different and don't interchange
Sorry But as your doing a mod you might be able to make them fit.....unless you already have the brackets

Are these the dimensions of the rotors? Soooo what you're saying is they ARE different and not interchangeable?

I know that the 79-81 Datsun 280ZX had different style rear disk brake calipers than the 82-83 280ZX, but I am wondering if the rotors (disks) are the same or not. If anyone knows, please tell me!
I am converting my 1200 coupe to have 82-83 280ZX rear disk brakes, and there's a set of rotors for sale, but they're supposedly for 79-81 Z car. Thanks!
