ca18,
good to see so many dattos converging on the hill at Bathurst How can I get hold of details and entry form etc? I assume it will be run by BLCC - do you know if entry can be downloaded from their website or by post only Will enjoy seeing a herd (gaggle? flock?swarm - no that would be rotaries lol) of coupes racing together - bit like a holy pilgrimage some might say !!!! "Keep th dream alive - don't build it for show, GET OUT AND DRIVE " Cheers,

Harry Im impressed if your doing the same times as john in his 260z. He has done bathurst a few times a top bloke a good pedler and owns one awesome sounding L28.
Im not worried so much with the times I do in the supersprint Its pretty well a drag race with 3 corners the hillclimb will be more interesting I normally struggle getting the power down hopefully with the bigger tyres and lower diff should help. Time will tellCheers Andrew

Hi Adam,
didn't get to see you guys as much at this round. But your car sounded pretty good, and certainly looked faster. Bet ya can't wait for the new engine!Allan, it was Morgan Park last weekend. Next weekend is the QLD Challenge rally - some info in the Queensland ( Brisbane ) thread Andrew, yeah mate, I'm coming to getcha at Bathurst! yeah right... I think the straights might be a bit too long... you might have seen John Siddin's green 260Z at Bathurst before? I'm doing basically the same times as him now. I still can't believe the improvements in the car this year!

You were flying over the weekend Harry. Our little 1220cc also just keeps getting quicker and we were happy with the latest mods. Next are the adjustable strut tops and tower brace, however that will have to wait until after this weekend - we are running at QR at the Alfa regularity day.
I had to get dispensation from their insurers etc to run due to my age. Everything that we are doing is aimed to running in Improved Production under 1600 next year with our new motor/running gear configuration - which is currently under construction. AdamBDA
