They changed a little something every year. One year they had the "D" emblem, another year the "Datsun" emblem.

My friend of mine made my emblem in to a image file on his comp, going to make stickers made for my car, the chrome parts are going to be reflective and the black is going to be black.

A12A rare? I was thinking of flogging the hell out of my engine so it will blow so I can swap it for a A14 and 5-speed.

I have a 210 (B310) just like yours, well not as good looking as yours but it is a 2-dr sedan. It has a rear emblem in used condition, I'll sell it for $2 + shipping. I don't have any side emblems.

Ham, the A12A appears to be rare these days, you can probably sell it on eBay for more than an A14 is worth.

Woah! Another 210 owner! I have one too (1981 Datsun 210, 2 door sedan, A12A, 4-speed) I actually had the side emblems but threw them away. From what I remember the side emblems were the same as the rear one (Datsun 210 by Nissan). The previous owner pretty much did her do it yourself and the car was a mess, but I am fixing her up (going to swap for a A14 and 5 speed, get Tomei Intake Manifold, two twin side draft carbs, nismoparts Header, etc) Your interior is very clean (the dash is like half gone from mine, prob going to restore it!) I wish I had an interior like that! Sweet!

BTW, your car is a 2 door sedan, not a coupe.
