Our departure time is now earlier to enable the group to arrive in Goulburn around 4pm on Friday for the Welcome Drinks and Dinner etc.

DEPART: FORD FACTORY service road, Hume Hwy, Campbellfield, at 8am SHARP.

Bring your UHF radios and swap mobile phone numbers incase of breakdowns etc.

It will make it as long as there is no running problems with it?

i think you should take it...the show will need some nice as stock datsuns so people can see what they were before they had "this and that" modifcations done to them....

it is awsome little 1000 sedan you have there...i think there will be many people surprised to see a young lad driving a stock as rock 1000 sedan

I'll be joining the guys from the "Nissan Datun Sports Owners Club".
They are a really friendly bunch & want to see as many Dattos in convoy as possible.
But its up to you guys where you want to start from.


Here is where I'll be leaving from:
NATIONALS CONVOY GROUP:
Meet 9am FORD FACTORY, SERVICE ROAD, CAMPBELLFIELD,
FRIDAY 25th March. (Melways Maps 7 & 180)

Stopping to fuel up and eat something - SEYMOUR MOBIL on the HWY (no need to turn off).
Then straight to ALBURY (approx 200km) for lunch stop approx 30mins)
Then on to TARCUTTA (125km) (Halfway to Sydney) great hamburgers.
Then on to YASS SERVICE CENTRE on the HWY (150km) and onto GOULBURN (approx 80km past Yass).

there is a big convoy goin up thursday mornin. melbourne guys meet somewhere then picking up some country fellas, then meeting up with some adelaidians then up. don't know specifics but the more the merrier so make sure you're in!

the overheating thing don't sound too good. what radiator are you running? is water leaking? maybe the thermostat is kneckered?

so.. 3 weeks to go peoples. everyone got everything ready to go? ill be there no matter what (even if it means mozzi on a trailer)

has anyone thought of a meating place and time? i was thinking either outbound maccaz on ring road or even on the hume hwy. nice and early i think :D

and on another note, anyone know why the rotary would be overheating (and breaking down) after 15 mins of driving.. i dont wanna be stoppin every 15 mins for an hour waiting for it to cool down. other wise i better leave now

you got a cabin?, how many people in a cabin, is yours full?, i dont really mind pitching a tent, hope my gf doesnt mind either
