has anyone got a workshop manual for this engine? i need the steps to remove the turbo.

if its in the manifold...it has crystallised the metal with the heat......... ie no welding will fix it.
You will have to get another one form a wrecker. These engines are dreadful and were an embarrassment to nissan here in australia.

if its leaking out of the flange you should get a new gasket and slap it on....if its a hole in the actual manifold you'll need to weld it up.

hey guys my exhaust is leaking between the manifold and turbo, is that a big job to sort out? you can just hear it when on the gas. what do you recommend?
