I checked the thermostat and working fine...
its new as well
I checked the the fan blade if it moves a little but it didnt

hi razor when your cars cold take off the radiator cap off start your engine wait for the thermostat to open put your finger in the water and feel if theres any water flow if not thermostat my not be oppening .....how to check thermostat ..........take it out and put in boiling cup of water if it opens its working then put in coolwate and check if its closed and seald properly .....hope this helps cheers...........

Noise and bearing shaft play. Switch off motor and grab hold of fan blades and give them a jiggle. If you can move or rock pulley then you are facing problems. A series pumps can run loose for a while - they are quite resilient.

How can you tell if you have a faulty water pump?
I know one is leaking coolant...
